Here here. They really should start implementing some sort of way to make sure length of contract is closer to life of device. Or at least some sort of subsidies to discount a phone halfway throughout the contract. Though, I can't really think of an economical way of doing this.

I think the reason they dumped the 1-year contracts was that Verizon wasn't getting their money out of subsidized phones. I would think, however, they could at least bring back NE2 as a consolation...

I'd sure love to know their price as compared to retail. That would be an interesting bit of info.

I am rocking the DX after having to put down the OG Droid. Through my job I get 25% discount on all accessories that are insanely expensive. So maybe with that Droid rewards thing I can get an accessory or two without having to mortgage my home when I get the prime!!!!
