Correct me if I'm wrong...but isn't the Prime still rumored to be using the GPU that the 4S and iPad 2 are using? Couple that with everything else and I see full of win for the Nexus.

I don't think it's possible. As far as I know the most likely chips for Prime are the OMAP4 4430 or 4460 and the Exynos 4210 with the GPUs that come with those chips. I don't know anything about the GPU that's on Apple's A5 in 4S and iPad 2. We had a spreadsheet w/all of the chip contenders, but I don't see it on the first post of this thread.

Is it me, or do Rosie O'Donnell and Ricki Lake look similar, yet Ricki Lake is hot and Rosie is a total dog?

Prime, where are you?

Prime?

Prime!

Aaaaaaaaaaagggghhhhh

Don't worry about me, everyone. You go on. Keep going. I hope you all get what you've wanted from the Nexus Prime.

I'm just going to lie down here by the road for a while. Just for a little while. . . . .

your wrong and right. Your right it's rumored but there is no conclusive evidence to support this right now.

How ironic. My Google Calendar program, into which I loaded today's date for the Nexus Prime Launch on my MacBook Pro, wirelessly synced the info to my IP4 and alerted me. Google Calendar and Gmail work great. Deliver the right phone and I'll buy it.

oh yeah folks, you know a funny fact?

those BGR-specs have been negated from those twitter-guys as well as from vz_wired, but there hasn't been any comment on the GSMArena-Specs...

just a thought... ;)

anyone else notice in those benchmarks how honeycomb increases performance close to double? a tablet (Android 3.1) with tegra 2 gets equal to iphone 4s in web browser performance. Imagine what exynos with android 3.1 would get?! it would definitely beat the 4s by a large margin. I see great things incoming with ICS!! because both omap and exynos are better than tegra 2!

Anyone interested can try out Vellamo, free in the Market, with their default browser now in Android, and see some of those same test results.

Might prove very interesting with time comes to characterize the level of upgrade you'll be getting with your Prime and ICS.

Looks like this thread is now becoming a source on Nexus Prime news on internet!

I think both Google and Samsung is busy at rescheduling the unpack event, possibly at different location later in this month. I guess what's imminent is that announcement on rescheduled event.

Not me! I love speculating! Heck I might just keep on speculating AFTER the phone comes out! How many apps will it hold before it gets "low on memory"? (HINT: a lot more than my poor Droid) What's the bluetooth range on it? Will the n-wifi have a farther range than the g-wifi? Can it be surgically attached to me?

Let's do some speculating! :p

WHAT THE HECK DOES "IMMINENT" MEAN HERE? When do YOU think we'll know about this phone?

You guys gotta get it right. The source said that the announcement was imminent. S/he didn't say that the announcement of the rescheduled event was imminent. You all read that into it. There's a difference.
