Any chance specs announced for this bad boy today? Reading the first post you have and if its true that the phone has almost same specs as the SGS2 then I may as well go for that once Telus releases that phone later this month then I figure.
I wonder how the 10,000,000 people that bought the SGS2 will feel when the Nexus comes out.
SGSII is no slouch. They have NOTHING to be upset about once the Nexus launches. I think the SGSII will still be one of the best handsets going into 2012.
That thing is awesome.

sorry for the double post, but i know most of you don't get out much, but: the thing that jumped out at me in the article is the reference to it being clocked at 1.5 ghz. to me, that signals an OMAP 4460, cuz i don't think the 4430 could get up to 1.5, even if "turbo charged" (or am i wrong in that)...??
According to engadget, the spyder is overclocked to 1.5 in the demo, gonna be clocked at 1.2 on release. Motorola Spyder and Xoom 2 turn up in more leaked shots -- Engadget

Short answer: check the OP. I update it with germane info. (short enough)
Ehhhhhh? What's that you said?"I see" said the blind man to the deaf woman
Pish Posh. Verizon has already taken a step toward freezing Hell over with the supposedly vanilla Nexus. I can attest to the frozen Hell part because I live kinda near it and it's been chilly lately. So I say it's in the realm of possibility. No you didn't misread THAT part, but the SECOND part of that same sentence reads "where operators and carriers permit". And Verizon will likely not willingly let Motorola (their preferred OEM) unlock bootloaders on their network.
right, i got that. but i interpret that as meaning Moto, as it has traditionally done, will be underclocking the device on release. so, again, this signals that it's an OMAP 4460 (capable of 1.5, but underclocked to 1.2), and not an OMAP 4430 (not capable of 1.5, but which could be "turbo charged" to 1.2).
