I LOVE the name Gnex... flows off the tongue (and brain) so much better than Galaxus - which sounds too much like an 80s video arcade game that I put WAYYY too many quarters in

Will this phone be sold in the Verizon stores? Or will It be just sold online threw the nexus store online and Best Buy stores?

Since it is in VZW's system now I would assume that it will be in stores.
I cannot imagine that Verizon would lose millions by not carrying this EPIC phone in corporate stores and resellers. Yes, they will hype RAZR to the hilt OVER the Gnex, but I have no doubt that they will still carry both.
I'll ask.
My wife loves the simplicity of the iPhone. She's not that into technology, however. She wants to upgrade from the iPhone 3G to the iPhone 4 which is great now that it's only $99.

First time poster long time reader here.
Now, here is to someone else not like the Galaxy Nexus name. Feels like two phone being pressed together. For months we've been hearing Prime, and damn does that sound right.
Guy 1 : Whats that phone you got?
Guy 2 : Galaxy Nexus.
Guy 1 : The Galaxy or the Nexus? is that kind of like iPhone?
Guy 2 : No, its the Galaxy Nexus.

I feel that Google should keep going in the simply Nexus ______ path. Everyday i get people asking me what my phone is and im like, Galaxy S. Most of the time, people are like : Thats like an iPhone. I have to answer, No, this is Android etc etc. People are only starting to recognize the Galaxy brand and the Nexus brand.
From a marketing point of view, from what i feel, both "franchises" should remain seperate and shouldn't be sleeping with each other. Galaxy S should remain Galaxy S 1 - 2 - 3 and the Nexus should keep being Nexus (add rest here).
Galaxy Nexus just seems so dirty and smushed.
My 2 cents.

Negative...we don't even know if there are 1 or 2 devices.any specs about the GSM-nexus device yet?
CDMA-Verizon-version isn't what i want (or what i could use, as we use GSM in germany)

I wonder if the squished Bionic.. er Razr has a microsd? Does not seem to have space for it. If it does have one, not having it on the Nexus due to space seems a non-reason.

Or at least one of them, with Nexus being first dibs.
