I wonder how long the facial recognition takes to register your face and unlock the phone. If it takes too much longer than a thumb swipe, which obviously it will, I could see this getting annoying. We will see.

What happened to our fearless phandroider that traveled ALL the way to hong kong? Hands on video? Answers to all our questions??

Well...ICS is unbelievable!!! Google...'you done good' :D

Now for the love of God...STOP SKINNING THE PHONES! It's pretty apparent we don't need Motoblur, Touchwiz, or Sense anymore. End the fragmentation by making all future phones vanilla Android!

I'm getting a new phone in January so it might not get this phone depending on what is out. But ICS is a winner so just optimize the hardware for Google's software and be done with it.

Just sayin'

Verizon was said to have told Moto the bootloader stays locked, per Droid Life. THAT's why I'm worried about the bootloader being locked!! Why would they make one lock and the other not?

I thought Google wouldn't lock the bootloader to their own phone. And neither does Samsung.

The fact other manufactures can modify the OS is part in what contributes to the OS's success. However, its very nice we actually have the option to get a phone with vanilla Android.
