Kind of an off topic question , for all you people that live in nj/ny tri state area, how are your lte speeds , i have been getting frustrated with att 3g speeds now. get 1.5 mb/s on an good day is not really what i like to see

Right, its true it is very low impact currently. But it is the perception that is more important, for future phone sales. If an Apple user is on the fence about switching to Android, because they like that their 2 year old phone got an update, along with the 1 year old phone, to the latest OS, and they see the Nexus line getting updates for 2+ years, it may sway them to try out Android. I know it seems wrong to encouraging Google to mimic Apple in some respects, but that is what is so great about Android, it has the ability to be different things for different people. I know its probably not gonna happen, but I would love to see the carriers have an ad where they show what each manufacturer's phone does best, so people get a better match for their own personality and desires in a phone. Apple is stuck, if a customer doesn't like the experience, they lose them. Android can adapt.

I will really have to take an look at the price differential to see if the extra money i would have to pay is worth it. Right now i am leaning hard towards vzw since they have the superior phones and lte, but i would have to wait probably an few months before contract ends argh...

New member with an OG Droid on it's last legs, just counting the days till i can use the upgrade i have waiting. Been reading since for the last 3-4 weeks and i want this phone out already.

Oh and thin crust is the only real pizza, that stuff bread is a whole different animal(good but not pizza). For all you Jersey folks if you want a great thin crust try Pete and Elda's in Neptune (down the shore as you north Jersey ppl would say). http ://peteandeldas .com (would not let me post links yet.
 
I didn't even notice we were getting close to 17K honestly.

Can't wait for 4G speeds on my phone though.

I keep searching for Galaxy Nexus on Google for any new news to post in here, but keep coming up with old articles or repeated news. It's like we know everything going on with this phone that is any sort of public knowledge and then some that isn't.

I get around 23 down and 5 up by me. but dont' expect to see 65mbps as more and more people get LTE.
