Might want to call and find out what your NE2 is. Depending on when you got a phone last it isn't as much as you may think. I just called the other day and found out mine is only $30. Not really enough for me to worry about waiting 2 more months for.
the 27th, then the 3rd, then the 10th, and now the 17. seriously guys, i want this phone, but im getting seriously impacient. and the 17th release is still just rumours and not confirmed. Honestly, im starting to consider just getting the 4s so i dont have to put up with this bullshit from verizon... iv been waiting for a galaxy s 2 -ish phone since january. so annoying
Actually, the first rumored release date suggested back in early August was 11/17. The 27th, 3rd and 10th all came after that. Just sayin'.
Do you have the tweet? The bionic has pretty good battery life out of the lte devices. I mean you have to figure this is the first dual core hd screen lte device the battery wont be great it is just something to have to understand.

Anecdotally, the Droid Bionic performed well in day-to-day usage. From a fully charged phone at the start of the day, we surfed the Web, navigated with Maps, watched a few Flash video clips, checked e-mail, and used it as we would normally. By the end of the day, we had only used about 15 to 20 percent of the battery. We did this with the 4G LTE speeds enabled.

+1 I would be happy if it could last that long. I just want something that can atleast make it through an 8 hour work day without dying.

I really don't know where the myth of LTE being a battery hog came from. Bit for bit, LTE is easier on the battery than CDMA. It's just like a car. A turbocharged 2.0 liter is faster than a normally aspirated one, but they'll get the same decent gas mileage cruising down the highway. The difference is, you can lead foot the turbocharged car and get much worse fuel efficiency. It's the same thing on your phone. If you become a wide-eyed, gaping-mouth data hog at the mere presence of the ridiculous 4G download speeds, yeah, you're gonna kill the battery. Use it like you would a 3G phone and you'll find you get through the day just fine.

Me too... I literally surfed the web on 3g for 20 minutes this morning and used 30% of my Inc's battery.
My poor OG Droid came off the charger at 100% at 5 PM. No wifi, no surfing, just Bluetooth music streaming. By 7 PM is was down to 60%. This morning it went from 100% to 20%, with virtually NO usage) in less than 4 hours. That is downright tragic, and if the Nexus gets any better battery life than that then I'm plus'd up.
