Fudgy got caught in an injection molding machine for plastics. The glass and screen assembly is not affected. However, the back cover may be a little furry. We call that texture hyper-fur, and is a new feature, not a defect. Keeps the phone warm in the winter, but sheds in the summer.

This is why I think carriers should do 3 year contracts, with an option to upgrade phones every year. Win/win IMO.

On another note this phone does look unnaturally long (get your minds outta the gutter)

I'm gonna take a stab in the dark svt_geek and say you drive a focus svt

I can't click the link, but will the Edge have an HD screen too? With LTE and an HD screen (I would include the quad-core but I don't know how that would affect battery life), they're either gonna have to include a really huge battery and make it even thicker than the ReFatty or settle for a 3 hour battery life...

Good work, HTC. I'll stick with Samsung.

They aren't thinking - they are churning out things that have the spec to awe but not the cojones to back it up.

Renders of the HTC Edge appeared online yesterday with some hugely impressive specifications that included a quad-core 1.5GHz NVIDIA processor. We have received some more details on the HTC Edge, and they are flat out jaw-dropping. In fact, this phone looks like it will be the most powerful smartphone the world has ever seen, packed to the brim with cutting-edge tech. Actually, cutting-edge specs and a super slim profile are likely two of the reasons HTC is calling this phone the Edge. Hit the break for the details.
Starting with the display, we have been told the HTC Edge will feature a 4.7-inch 720p HD S-LCD 2 with optical lamination. Translation: this could possibly be one of the best displays in the world; just imagine the iPhone’s display blown up to 4.7 inches.
The unibody design of the HTC Edge will be around 8.8mm thin and it will house 32GB of built-in storage, 1GB of RAM, a microSIM card slot and an 8-megapixel camera with backside-illumination and 1080p HD video capture support. Note had a 3 Weeks delay from 11 October it did release 27/10. Dunno if it is a strategic delay the nexus or just a of patents or production problem, as I have said before, on older post.

Maybe, they don't want to give to the other companies the ICS, so they can reproduce it, for their phones till xmas. Motorola said 6Weeks after release she should have a ICS for their phones. And Motorola is just a company that be bought from google. Samsung is ATM closer to google and ICS.

Hope I am wrong and you will get your nexus before 24/11 but don't think so.
