The local Verizon store let me preorder it. Got a receipt and everything. They said id receive an email when I can pick up my phone. So its the waiting game now. The receipt says Galaxy Nexus 4G. :)
 
I woke up in a cold sweat last night. Dreamed I placed my SGN order two hours after the anouncement for orders, got my confirmation and it said to be be delivered February 2012!

Hopefully it was just a bad dream...

I know it probably it's probably a stretch, but does arrival of accessories correlate to a timeline for release.

i.e. Is the arrival of accessories a good indicator of an impending release occurring soon?

Done!!! Hopefully this will generate some discussion. I am excited to take some of my movies I have ripped to my HTPC and put them on my phone - since I will now have a phone that can handle the HD and is large enough for me to enjoy watching them.

Thanks for pushing me to start one :D
 
hey do any of you gnexers have a blackberry playbook? just wondering if you like it cause staples on black friday is going to have it for 199 for 16gb save 300!

So what is the price on the receipt and how long is your contract. Take a picture with you phone and post it please. :)

Thats crazy...Either they have no clue whats going on or they are going to be getting into a lot of trouble...

YES!!!!!!! I know it makes no rational, logical sense that VZW would start Nexus pre-orders the day BEFORE the Razr launch, but since we ARE talking about VZW, maybe this is a good sign that by this time next week, we could ALL have our hands wrapped around some ICE CREAM SANDWICH GOODNESS!!!!!!! :D

What happened was that I heard from The Source, who said that hadn't heard the release date change, since he heard the 17th. S/He said that if S/he hears anything different, we'll be the first to know.

Additionally, accessories have shipped out to the stores. That's a good sign.

I hope the 17 is correct. Hans can you talk to your sister and have her look up the release date for the cases. If the cadrs are available for sale on the 17 most likely so will be the phone?
 
Good news to see the cases arriving in the stores.. but as my phone will be naked, wild and free.. I'd rather see the docks where my Gnex will be sleeping at night and taking a ride in my car. Might have to stop at the Verizon store in between running to offices tomorrow to see if they have those as well.
