I'd say 90 percent of people I know IRL have an iphone. Today I watched one chick showing her new 4s off to another chick. She was very hot. I think if it wasn't for my hate of itunes I would give the iphone a serious look. People seem extremely happy with them IRL. The gnex is just the best phone Verizon will have shortly but as others have said it still fell substantially below many peoples expectations.

I am caught up in this, and it's verizons/motos/googles fault.

I had been perfectly happy with my Moto D2, until the labor day weekend 2.3.3 update. My phone has not been the same since. I wont go into detail here, but the phone no longer works the way it did before the update. So, either verizon, moto or google gets the blame for screwing up my perfectly good D2.

So, I start thinking about a new phone and was oblivious to the current offerings. Blah Blah Blah. So, I ended up here. Hitting reload.

Frankly, if the razor had a replaceable battery i might be playin right now instead of playin with my keyboard.... I have never been a sammy fan. Still not. But, since the nexus is what it is, here I am. Here I am, Here I am..... Just damn.

Ok, carry on. I have enjoyed the show!

I finally figured out why Verizon has delayed the Galaxy Nexus....










They want for us to break the Dinc thread record. At our current pace of posting, Verizon should be releasing the phone in about a week and a half!

I was early on the Dinc pre-release forum, and dropping onto this Gnex forum was like a time warp. From what I've read so far, my trusty Dinc that hits its 2 year life in December will be ditched for a Gnex. As much as the Razr has a beautiful rock-solid feel, the combo of ICS [with direct Google involvement], removable battery, and no MotoBlur wins by a mile for me.

Seems odd to be back in the pre-release haze, but it was well worth it for Dinc and I'm sure the same will be true for the Gnex.
