well tonight im ordering an iphone 4s on contract with ATT in hopes of just selling it and paying for most of my SGN.

will probably be a complete failure unless some places pop up selling the GSM model but oh well i guess.

No, I think you should be good as long as you stay in contract. The phone doesn't matter - pretty sure it's just keeping the contract from lapsing.

At this point ive used iphones the last 3 years. I have no intention of keeping it but they sure do have high resale value. HEck , each year I have sold my previous model for 400+ including my iphone 4 a few weeks ago.

I have no urge to use the 4s however, its SGN all the way for me.

I would think the 16gb would be at a price point of $299 with 2 year contract? Does anyone "know" the 32gb price with 2year contract? Ya think maybe $399 with 2 year contract?

Cloud services have been great for me for mobile access. Dropbox put an end to my need for memory sticks, for example. I have been using google music beta for a while, Picasa and photobucket for pics, etc.
I would think I would settle for the 16bg version. What do y'all think?

The experts are all on the beach, but as far as I know Verizon is only getting the 32gb version. Not sure about other carriers

I just returned from my local vzw store where I went to inquire about specifics of the holiday return policy, and they said that it was only for "Future Activations" (Buy the phone, and let it sit till chrismtas for example). Once the phone is activated the normal 14 days rule applies.

Just what I heard from one store. Has anyone else asked specifically about this?


Edit: They also mentioned an email that mentioned the "Future Activations" for up to 45 days. Do we have any vzw employees in the house with access to this email?
 
my vzw guy told me hes expecting the nexus between the 27th and december 2nd, but he wouldnt be surprised to see it before black friday too
