are we still not sure that the LTE version is 32GB?

The Google specs page shows 16/32GB for the LTE model.

However, most sources have indicated 32GB.

Which leads to an interesting question. If you had the choice of 16GB available Monday, or would have to wait a week for the 32GB model, what would you choose?

I never had a screen protector on my Dinc and Dx. Not one scratch. From the looks of that video, the G-nex definitely won't need one as nothing that happens in your pocket will be close to that. Plus, you want to enjoy every bit of that screen right without a sheet of plastic in front of it, yeah?

I still don't know if I can go without a screen protector. it seems so vulnerable without one. I see the video, but, idk

I would get the 16 GB even if both were available at the same time, because I have no need for 32 GB when almost everything is in the cloud now (photos, music, etc.) and I don't have 5 billion apps taking up space... lol

If you get the clear ones you won't even notice it's there.

I have one of them on my Galaxy Tab 10.1, which has Gorilla Glass. Still didn't feel comfortable not protecting a 400 dollar investment, so I got one. Can't even detect that it is there. Looks/Feels the same as if it wasn't even on.

Have you seen this video? Screen protectors are a thing of the past, man

Please do not put a lot of faith in these fortified glasses on these phones. They can still be scratched relatively easily. Protect your screens!

I went on an adventure tonight. Decided to goto the Pizza Ranch to have the buffet for dinner if you haven't ever had the buffet at Pizza Ranch your missing out. On my way there I stopped at the local Best Buy to talk to them. First sales guy said he didn't know what to think about the Galaxy Nexus. Second guy was ecstatic about it. Said he couldn't wait to get it. Neither one though knew when it would be released. Went and ate then stopped across the street at the Verizon wireless store(long lines wireless?) asked the guy there if he knew anything. He said he didn't know anything. Then said he doesn't think they will get the phone. Well i guess he was partial correct on his statement (doesn't know anything... At all)

I don't understand why Google and Verizon are so hush hush about a freaking phone. Just put up the dates you can pre-order it and when it will be available. So annoying these billion dollar companies dance around the horn and make such a party out of a cell phone coming out.

The new rumored release date is 11/21. Been confirmed by a TON of reliable sources here on the thread so far. I would suggest calling your local Verizon store and see if you can get something out of them too, then post back the results

You'd really do that? You would have to set it up all over again, after having settled in for a week... that's exactly why I didn't get a temporary RAZR if I was only gonna have it for less than a week.

since i am grandfathered into unlimited, i would choose the 16 if it were 199 and the 32 was 299. i could use the cloud at will and not be concerned about going over while backing up my pics/vids or using google music. if i didnt have unlimited, i would consider the 32 more heavily as to have more local storage for these items

So....the much awaited charts.

First a simple polynomial fit, order 9 (i.e. a+bx+cx^2.....jx^8+kx^9). This fit describes out current trends well, but has illogical results at low times. Thus, although we could use this model if we give it time bounds, we cannot use it to describe the whole thread.

Now, both a power fit and an exponential. Both are ok. We had a slowdown that you can see that make both of these fits not good, but still the best for description of the whole thread since post#1.

EDIT: Also, if you look at some of the standard errors, the worse ones are up in the 10000% or above. Plotting this thread's progression is not an exact science.

Pretty sure the 16 GB will be $299. Not entirely sure though, so don't count on that.
