Update: Looks like VZ is updating PRs now. The "f" PR from yesterday is now live.

I did a little massaging of the ego and asked her to get some intel on our favorite little guy here. After a few hours later this is the text I received:



She specifically clarified my request for a release date. In our current line of business, ECD means Estimated Completion Date. No word back whether that's in store or online... but nonetheless, sounds more n more like we're in for a fun ride next week.

Try the drop test :D.... Keep dropping the box till it bust open. If there are Galaxy Nexus phones in it they should be packed well enough in their own box so they shouldn't receive any damage. Like I said Drop test:D

Are you sure he is playing stupid? I know the manager at my local Best Buy Mobile and he is just stupid no playing.

Could be fun but it would probably be less noticeable if you just walked in walked in the back opened the box and walked out.... This time of the year there are so many new employees at best buy as long as you dress in a nice shirt and slacks you might just be able to pull off hey I am a new employee lol
 
Speaking of updates, has anyone got one from the VZW site concerning the GNP? I'm still waiting for updates on the Bionic that I signed up for!! I think its just an email collector or some way to collect interest info.

just got off the phone with one Corp store by me "I wish i Could give you a better idea, because they haven't even given us a release date yet, but what i can tell you is that it'll be before the new year, so hopefully in December." Second Store "We don't have a release date yet." Costco/Wireless Connection "hold on a second, i have a 2 new boxes that just came in, one is the Rezound is that what you're looking for?" me "no, i'm looking for the samsung" costco, "hold on, opening the second box....nope not it, i know we're getting it but until i get my Dummy phone i won't know when exactly"

Yeah, I just called the one that opens earliest around these parts and they said they have no release date and they won't have any in store until it's released. Hell, I was just happy to hear that they knew what I was talking about. That has to mean SOMETHING, right?

Was told no-pre orders after the rep checked with her manager :(

No idea on release date (not surprised to hear that)

Oh, right, I was gonna say, I'm not too worried about Flash. On Market, it says it's only compatible with 2.3 - 3.2 for now, but I'm sure there'll be some sort of update, either from Adobe's end or from XDA's end ;)
