A lot of us have said that is what would make sense... but of course VZW and common sense don't seem to match up.

Also, they are not even accepting pre orders. Said they only normally know about releases 3-4 days before. I'm thinking that the 11/21 wo info , is going to be for web pre order only. So if thats true, at least Monday they should be able to tell us WHEN orhow long the pre order should take.
I wish congress was involved. They could be bribed or it would have already been leaked!!
Also thinking that Steve Jobs would never let this happen, in fact I cant understand why Google would let it happen this way, since there name is on it.

I think we are confusing Verizons use of the word exclusive. They mean excluded...as as in VZW is the exclusive carrier excluding its customers from buying the Nexus
Smh....
 
My local stores employees have had no training with the phone, and I've read that to be the case in other stores reading this forum.

Online Monday means delivery Wednesday. We have it in our hands 2 full days before the general public. I can see the Nexus commercial being aired like crazy during The Cowboys and Lions games on Thanksgiving!:D

That kind of explains my once-removed source, who initially stated Black Friday, then later 11/21. If it does launch on 11/21 for online orders, would it be at 12:00 am 11/21, or at the start of business (like 7-8am or something)?

Thanks jbdan! Rooting is the ONLY reason my Eris has survived this long. I've been using Condemned V20 and it's pretty solid. My wife is still using a stock Eris...don't know how she does it!

I'm really hoping for an 11/21 release of the Gnex, but I'm willing to wait for it so I have a phone I will be happy with for the next 1-2 years.

If you have enough clout and pay for it, and no legislation to prohibit it - then a lot will. Just not for home delivery stuff. It can be done.

I think we all need to remember that Verizon only ever said they would release it this year. It was Google and Samsung that said November. So instead of hating on Verizon we should be thanking Google and Samsung for making sure Verizon gets their ass in gear... And after we thank them, we all go stand in a verizon store and demand a nexus. :)

Honestly there really wasn't a whole lot said. Even though I had the phone in my hands everything still seemed to be very hush hush. I really believe I wasn't even supposed to be looking at it. I played with it for a few minutes, loved the hell out of it but had to give it back :(

Sorry to hear the troubles you're having with the big V again.
 
Hrmmm...thinking I should go into the nearest corporate store to check out the Rezound, tell them I'm considering returning my RAZR and see if I can get any info. Think that will be my plan tomorrow after hitting the range for a bit.
