Are they the exception or the rule? It seems that most reports have been good, but I didn't read that thread and I don't know how representative those reports are. But it is a concern I'll admit.
"Atrocious"...wow, we sure have wildly different opinions on that. To me the screen on the ReZound looked washed out.![]()

I'm just not a big cloud fan. I spend a lot of time on airplanes and in foreign countries where I don't have access to the "cloud."
I like the idea of a cloud for syncing common items between computer and phone, but I want MY stuff on MY phone/computer when there's not a cloud in the sky.
The display on the ReZound was better to me than the RAZR, but just didn't seem as big. I think in the long run though, bigger doesn't mean it's better when I am afraid I will break it. That's why I am probably going to take the RAZR back, regardless of what I decide to get in it's place.

If you look on the razr forum here, there is battery issue thread. Some users are having horrendous 3 hours of moderate usage between charges.

Well, if he's right, that's actually good right?
The scary thing is, bmx and Phil did blame it on one of the two Verizon apps...
Hey guys, just to lighten the mood a bit, I gave the movie making a try. Not perfect, but notice the guy's name.

I get excellent battery life on my RAZR. Well, excellent for a 4G LTE device.
Its slightly better than my former Samsung Charge in battery life. Probably because it doesn't waste energy switching back and forth 4G to 3G like my Charge did, because of the weaker radio.
I recognize that for some people the cloud is a great thing if you always have cell service. For people who travel, not so much. You can't stream Pandora when you're at 35,000 feet over the ocean.I think that's the point some are missing. The cloud is not a good substitute for onboard or replaceable storage IMO.
One thing about the RAZR - i'm so used to the thin factor now. Its like holding 3 stacked credit cards. Not sure I could go back to a thick form like the Rezound. Nexus is really thin too though.
