What does look odd though and you have to look close, is the phone itself.
Go to the add adam linked (the picture) on Droid Forums. Then open the train car door (expand). Then click the right arrow > while you do this look at the other 2 phones (on mine it is the Stratosphere and the charge). The Galaxy nexus is the only one with the odd border/haze/blend around the edges. The other 2 phones don't have it. I'm not a photochop guru, but that looks odd to me

Wow, I didn't see that, but I have Adblock plus and NoScript addons for firefox, so that may have something to do with it. Thanks for this! It really makes me smile to see that, and makes me slightly, but cautiously confident in 12/08 as a release date.

Even if the price is wrong, this really makes me happy if the ad is real. IDC if it's $299, I just want the phone!!!!
I think it may be worthwhile to press them for that price.
If they refuse and try to sell another device, aren't there bait and switch laws to protect consumers?

Read this page in depth before you click that link. That's all I am saying. Know what you are going to. My browser stopped me, and that's why I have it set that way. No Anti-virus and no viruses in 5 years.

It's definitely still there. If you wait for the train's doors to close again, and click on "expand for more details", it's the first thing you see!
