So someone stole my wifes phone yesterday so I was FORCED to give her my upgrade. Now I have to wait until the 28th. Yeah its only 3 weeks, but still, I want the phone on launch day.... assuming it launches before the 28th that is.

Email them, explain the situation. They can push your upgrade forward. My upgrade is on the 28th as well, and I've had an email sitting in my inbox for a couple weeks now saying that as soon as the phone is released, I can call this guy and he'll push forward my upgrade and order the phone for me.

long time lurker, but i am looking for some advise. If i am not in the right area please let me know and i will move it somewhere else. I have the blackberry storm 2 right now and i will switch to the gnex whenever it comes out. Here is my issue. I know little to nothing about android os other than i have been playing around with a newly purchased XOOM over the last couple of month.

So, I know i can use verizon backup assistant or google to transfer my contacts. but what about my pics and videos on my storm 2. They are all on the micro sd card and since the gnex wont have that slot, how do i get those over to the gnex

I promised my wife that I wouldn't rent a ReZound but if we get no info this week that is it! My Droid 2 has a mind of its own. Takes over ten to fifteen seconds to place a call, almost 5 seconds to hang up, sends double texts, and on and on...not to mention crap battery life with the extended battery!

I need a new phone soon...come on VZW!!!

Thats what was happening with my oG Droid over the summer - i had to pull the trigger on a charge!

Yikes, they took the worst product name around and made it worse. I guess it's because Mangled Baby Ducks was already taken.

But be careful if you don't say it three times and just right you end up w/ a Razor or Rezound.

OCing = more strain on the battery... considering you're already getting 1.2 GHz dual-core, I don't see why people would feel the need to OC.

I don't see the need to run your GNex at 1.2GHz. Surely 1.0GHz is way more than enough and would be even more reliable and battery conserving.

Don't know if this has been listed already, but the website negrielectronics.com is now selling the Verizon nexus unlocked. The estimated ship date says 12/9.

Says 16GB/32GB. Might want to confirm that it's 32GB, which we believe is the only LTE version sold.

I notice that under the specs, it lists 16/32 for the memory.....but there is only one price.

I don't either, and I would still take it with a grain of salt for now, but I do think the writing is on the wall... Verizon has their flagship phone for the holiday season (RAZR) and they're happy to sit on the nexus for as long as they want.

Stopped into my Verizon store to play with the Rezound. I of course asked a rep about the Nexus. Nothing of note to offer other than she had what was an obviously scripted response, which probably means there have been quite a few inquiries. Also, she was smokin hot.

On a side note, does anyone know if the VZW double data promo becomes a grandfathered thing or do you lose it if you change devices? I asked the sales rep but she basically didn't know.
