so looking at this picture that was posted by the guy at xda...
...between his middle and index fingers you can see some sort of marking. not shadows. does anyone know if store demo units have any sort of markings on the box?
also i have a rezound box and can add (as other have) that it's a plain black box with verizon and htc raised lettering. the sleeve for the box itself is the same way. for those that mentioned earlier... the iphone 4s box (have one of those sitting next to me) isn't all white. it has the side profile view of the iphone on the lid.
Just an observation,The morgue uses stainless steel tables,These could be autopsy photos.

If you look at this picture, you can see that there is a sleeve on the left, and two half boxes similar to how the razr is packaged.

This is how the end will begin, you all realize? Just like in Invasion of the Body Snatchers, except it'll be via Galaxy Nexus instead of giant seed pods. They'll become all-consuming (like this forum) and unexpectedly take us over, voiding us of emotion as the condition starts to spread until everyone has a dead look in their eyes and-- Waitasec, this does sound familiar. Hasn't Apple accomplished this already?

I think that's a pretty harsh statement. And we don't in fact know what the VZW packaging will look like, only the GSM.
can you show me links to the verizon retail packaging? if he had such a problem with it i don't think he would've responded. people are so sensitive...geez

I don't know about the demo unit boxes. Do demo units have all the attachments nicely packaged in the same way inside?

The unboxings for test units sent to bloggers didn't seem to be in nice packaging, just a plain box. At least for those sent GSM who put videos up. That includes a member here who's part of that Samsung mobile hung in the UK. His didn't have formal packaging.
I think this has to be a test unit for stores or the production packaging. Either way it's good news.
