Here too. I am always on the lookout. I've not only become addicted to the thread but now it has me mildly breaking laws. It was a killer Saturday night to be waiting for Steven to post from the Samsung store since I was driving.

The problem is I had to catch up on 500 posts, and I drove this morning, so couldn't start till I got to work... Tomorrow will be the same I imagine ;)
 
Long time lurker, first time poster. I wanted to say thanks to all who have participated in this thread for taking away 4 weeks of work as I've worn off the F5 key, restless nights as I check the thread every couple hours, and for almost getting in to at least 6 accidents. Not a whole lot of people would do that for a stranger.

Also, I got nothing.
 
Here's a good question. If Verizon delayed the phone because they reached a last minute commercial agreement to include Wallet, and need to get it in the phone for release, would you forgive them for the extra wait?

Most likely not, as I probably wouldnt have used it for the week I wouldnt have it. Also, im sure with root it wouldnt be too hard to garner a fix.

IT, too was to replace R-12 if I am not mistaken. That is what I think I read while searching for data. If at any point you need an equation of state for it, or to know its specific enthalpy of entropy at any given temperature and pressure, I can do that. I am so sick of DuPont technical/Thermodynamic data sheets right now. :rolleyes:

Not really. Something like that could be negotiated and added post-release. But that's just me. :)
 
Good morning, all... Ya know, I've been lurking for so long, and now finally posting on this site, I'm not really sure I'll know what to do when I get the phone... lol

When are these VZW meetings supposed to happen anyways? I'm in CST...

Not only have we gone through the normal processor/camera/car/creens talk that was also in the Inc thread, we have gone through PC builds, statistical sampling/regression methods and refrigerants. It is refrigerants that really put us over the line. :rolleyes::eek:

Well, but Google has excluded the Nexus from being able to download Wallet from the market, and the only way to get it on your phone is to violate Wallet's terms of service, meaning you don't have protection if something were to happen...
 
4G was down in this area yesterday afternoon. but getting 26 down 5 up in the office bldg right now. So, it appears fixed...

So am I understanding this right that they are delaying the Nexus because it doesn't work right when you plug a faulty USB into it? And this is a problem that has been reported on many other Android phones?
