The rezound was shipped a week before release and was activated.

I bet someone somewhere gets one tomorrow.

But it's no longer in the system at all...it's not in the equipment guide anymore.

I can see how lack of permanent buttons can be a preference, but how is having them a "flaw"? Many have argues that it's convenient having them separate from the screen. Like on the Rezound where the keys don't detract from the 720p screen's real estate unlike the GNex's depending on what it's doing at the time.

Considering nowhere on the terms does it specify this, if it is in fact true, VZW/Living Social are violating terms of the deal, and you should be able to recieve a full refund.

Is there any precedent for a Saturday launch? On any carrier I mean. I wouldn't complain. Make it a lot easier to go get one! Monday morning would be ok too. But ovbiously, tomorrow would be best as it's sooner. And I found out I have the day off work -- not that my boss told me he was leaving town till oh 10 minutes ago :rolleyes:

Yeah, can just about guarantee that Corporate stores are out. But Authorized Resellers, and 3rd party retail stores, you MIGHT have some luck.

Ok guys quick update for you. well first off update on that living social crap.... its ******ed.... the first bar code is for accesories, and the 2nd bar code is like a $25 gift card... so first bar code, is if your accessory is less than $25.. well it gets used up anyway. Cant use the whole $50 on a phone, just the $25 bottom bar code which is the gift card bar code. its RIDICULOUS but fine watever i used it anyway for some nexus accessories they had.

But the best part was, I asked the manager, if he can check for any update in the back, emails or whatever,. he did and he said the 15th, VERY CONFIDENTLY. He said 4g lte issues etc etc. But yea 15th seems to be the new date. BLAH but I was able to grasp the dummy unit and how it actually feels much smaller than the razr but yet bigger screen. thats awesome.

So now we have the "12th" confidently and the "15th" confidently. Do you see where this is going? Nobody has a clue and anybody that says they 'know' is not being 100% honest. It's this stuff that gets everyone (at least me) disappointed time after time after time.
 
I just got off the phone with the corp store manager I've been dealing with for a while now. Of coarse she said it was delayed and no info about release date, but she did say they have them in stock with all the promo material as well. They we just told not to sell until further notice. But she thinks that they are aiming this device to be their christmas promotion.
