Totally agree! Why does everyone think diamonds are the best? Sorry off topic. Lol. I'd rather have a unique piece of jewelry than a diamond. One picked for just me.
/mini rant-observation
I'VE SEEN IT!!!!!!!!!!!
hahaha... So that's the one!!!
random thought for those of us who have a 12/29 upgrade date and (like me so far, unfortunately) haven't been able to get their upgrade date moved up...
buying the phone at full retail doesn't affect your upgrade date, right? so, if it really IS the 15th - what would stop us from buying the thing on launch day at full retail, and then return/rebuy on the 29th to get the upgrade price? would verizon allow that?
Perhaps I will contact the AG's office and find out who is the agent for service of process for Verizon here in MA and draft a demand letter this weekend.
imo that is too much trouble. I would wait. But your free to do as you please.
Car whore or not she loves you and is used to it by now I expect. My philosophy is that if your bills are paid and there's $$ left then have fun. You can't bring it with you when you die.
Called a 3rd party verizon store, said you can reserve it now and buy it in store on Monday here in AZ...see if thats true soon i guess.
OT forum question -
How do I add my devices into the profile area on the left? I was looking last night, but I can't seem to find it...or am I just blind?
I'm starting to regret not getting the HTC device for $50 from Costco when I had the chance.
glad we're throwing around some car talk to get my mind off the nexus!

So I figure what the heck. I going to the RadioShack store. I told the guy I want to upgrade my phone.
Long story short? The guy tells me the nexus just arrived in the present shipment. He tells me he wants to sell me the phone right now.
Fine I figured. Let's give this a try. Well the nexus shipment is not there. Funny that the iPhone was though!
The guy still didn't know the phone was delayed! I have to confess, my heart did Skip just a little wee bit of a beat for a second.
Now I'm stuck in traffic on my way to get back to work. Oh well God's judgment on me I guess.

haha. Good luck with the 93A letter!
Question though: What are your damages that you are going to seek to treble?
So one of my pups was up all night puking from her vaccine she got on Tuesday. She had a reaction last time, but not this bad. She's miserable, poor little girl. She hasn't eaten since last night (and then she would only have bananas) and every time she drinks a lot of water she throws it up today.
But I had to work, so she is at home with her Daddy and sister, hopefully starting to feel better. Then I get to go home and care for her while doing homework and he heads to work. We are not getting anything done on the house today, that is for sure.
Her sister is taking good care of her too - she's barely eating either, out of sympathy it seems. She's such a sweetie. We really are so lucky to have some of the best pets ever. It's awful seeing her like this - I'm terrified of having an actual child get sick now if seeing the puppy like this makes me so sad.
Can't tell if you're joking haha but:
ehhhh, no offense, but that analogy doesn't really work, those 16 1TB drives could be WAY faster than that 1 16TB drive if setup properly in a raid. The reason it costs so much is because you're only using 1 drive bay and it's "easier" to manage. I wouldn't want to deal with a drive failure with a hard drive that huge though, that scares the living crap out of me
I can not fully tell you what those jeep pics did
