Bumping this question ^^^

Another question: do you guys recommend syncing google voice to your primary phone number? I imagine the answer is a resounding yes. Right now I have google voice, but on a separate phone number since I use a free phone from 2005. Would it be in my best interests to use my primary cell number that I use the SGN with for google voice in the future?

Just stopped by my local VZW store and spoke to the manager and he told me that he has them in stock but cannot sell them till the 15th. He asked for my name and number so I could be put on the waiting list, I asked how long the waiting list was and he said your the first person. I asked when was the earliest I could pick it up on the 15th and he said as soon as they open. This store is in NW Houston if anyone is interested. Can't wait any longer....

OT Guns

I ABSOLUTELY love my Baby Desert Eagle .40. It's also known as the Jericho, Israeli made and tank tough. They are hard to find but really affordable. I have shot a lot of different handguns and it "kicks" less than most 9mm.

Edit: I obviously do not know how to quote correctly :P

Just goes to show you, these stores know, they've been placed under a gag order and alot are still following that order. Since this particular store won't play ball, I won't be doing business with them. I'm going to Radio Shack eventhough I know I won't get a discount there.

I had a similiar situation last Wed.. lol..

Me: Do you have the Nexas in stock?
Him: Nope
Me: Release date?
Him: Was supposed to be 9th, got delayed
Me: What's the reason?
Him: I am thinking it's a software bug..
Some time passes..
Me: Well, if it's a software bug in the phone, why wouldn't they be recalling them from stores??
Him: Yeah, they're not, I don't know why..
Me: YOU DO HAVE THE PHONE IN STOCK!! LIAR!! LOL

This place will be ugly if this thing doesn't drop this week. Everyone is getting their hopes up, including myself. I'm drawing the line this week. Going to be THAT guy with an ultimatum. If I can't get the phone this week, I'm moving on. My screen on my OG Droid just went out and I can only go so long without a phone.

I actually made a dock using the attached (I hope) .pdf plans for my N1 and it's still going strong as my bedside charging station/alarm clock holder. I used some extra Card Stock my wife had lying around, regular paper doesn't work... I know cuz I tried :-P

I just got my LTC and bought a Smith & Wesson MP9. Excellent pistol. My brother in law has an AR15 and says it's the best gun he's ever fired. I don't carry, I just target shoot.

So this guy SirLance posts and says that Google+ was him, then doesn't post/respond to people after him. Like oh? Sorry for the skepticism but you can't blame me after everything that's happened! :p

OT Gun Talk:

Im a Gun guy. I'm into Glocks and recommend the 9mm versions to all new shooters. Start with a Glock 19, buy 1000 rounds and take a training course. Then you can gradually move into the more powerful calibers. I personally carry a .40, Glock 23. Best weapon I've ever owned.

The AR is my choice of carbine as well. Big discrepancy on brands, some are real junk. I'd stick with Bravo Company(my personal brand), Daniel Defense, or Colt. I would recommend another forum for this. Go there an READ, read, read. M4Carbine.net If you need a referral, let me know, it can speed up the approval process for getting in there.
