Mike, Did you try factory reset, fix permissions?

What tool are you using?
 
Okay the root worked.......So far. Ugh. It's sketchy IDK. Why was that root package different? I used ZVC root the last time.

he's definitely not using v2. towards the end it should say "rebooting", then "rebooting again" or smtng like that, then "rebooting one more time or want last time" and then its rooted.

I posted the new thread already though

Finally thanks guys Cubandanger it work perfect on the latest post the other one was not working it exactly did that now to install my Rom again :D

It works. It doesn't work. It works. It doesn't work. UGH. Then I plug in the USB cable and it boots up. WTF?

Not real sure, different root method, I am glad your back up and running :) but I still think you should change your name to fuzzy bear :)
 
Okay so If Im in a boot loop I can plug in the USB and the bastard boots up. O.o

try using a different computer,... same happened to me while at work using our computer rooting,.. when i got home tried on my laptop and everything works,.. anyway try not to install RZ recovery it takes my audio out,. CWM recovery works for me

yeah this happened to me when i made thew choice to update to zvc... its something with the aio on here... use the one from that dan rosenburg guy it should work better

that's the FIRST rooter, not the latest one!!!
 
well I updated my wife's phone and everything is running smooth as of right now noticed a couple of different apps, well for me im staying with zvb until we get a rom and homeless kernel working properly with zvd.So I'll just wait no rush im still running good on zvb :)

Did you install the custom and kernel back into your wife phone or left it stock?

That's the ZVC root method, the same one in the latest one-click root. He's the one who got ZVC rooted for us.
 
Nice Guides. Quick and Simple.
Running super smooth, even though its bloated and stock.
Did notice 4G is faster now.
on zvb, it wouldn't go over 500kbs. now im 1-2 mbs.
Not sure if it was the update but im not complaining. :)

Yeah be cautious ...see a lot have been diving in head first...had to pm 5 peeps exit recovery allready:eek::thumbdown:
 
also guys and girls, once you get it rooted you can userz cwm or install rom manager and flash recovery from there.
