Root [ROM][BOOST/SPRINT][ZVC]Marky Beats v2 beta[updated 7/30]

lMonsterl sounds good bro. another thing i also noticed is im getting alot of force closes on random apps, and takes awhile to switch from screen to screen. it also takes a lot longer to open the launcher. love the new look!! its hella sick!

Question....

Can one of you ROM makers point me in the direction of a place where I can learn how to do this stuff I would love to learn how to do it.

that'd be the newest one.

if you want to learn just mod an existing one. research what you want to do and try to implement it.

Honestly I want to implement a few things from Cyanogen into my Marky Beats on my phone like the swype away notification but I have NO idea where I should start.

i like that feature. I also want this rom to have notification power widgets, more options after holding the power button, CRT animation

If you ever have the time and the patience I would love to take a few lessons from you I mean you obviously have a passion for it that I can only hope to achieve.

i work full-time, school full-time. This is my hobby. im always willing to help out as much as im willing to learn (which is infinite). Just start on your own and ask and google any issues/questions you have. I started very small, editing apk's then cwm flashable zips, then mods/themes, then finally roms. Now im touching in linux and java programming

follow those instructions. Then go to recovery and restore from backup like you would usually. it will be in there under the year date 1999

lMonsterl weird im stumped the data works just fine its just sending the mms i can receive though iv googled and looked in fourms and cant find any answer so far

This is off topic I know but I have to tell you guys this... So I was at the store showing off my Marky Beats by Monster (Who is this Dre fellow?) when this girl walks up and says that her iphone is better than mine so I asked her to show it to me she proceeds to pull out an iphone 3Gs so I asked how was it better she replied it just is cause it's an iphone I said baaaaaaaaa like a sheep and walked away.

thats really weird. works for me and im using the same backup that you installed
Haven't had a chance to work on the logcat yet. Was wondering if you could, or would rather, implement the backup for him into one of your next ROM updates? Then I could just flash the updated ROM since I also have not gotten to update my ROM from MB v1.1 to MB v1.2. I am just wondering if I messed something up when I uninstalled mms.apk before I flashed to your ROM. Like I had stated in an earlier post.. If not it is no biggie I will get to flashing the updated ROM and LogCat 2 some point this week. Thanks again.

Dr. Dre is a huge producer in the rap industry amongst other things he does. He created Beats Audio so that people can hear the sounds from the music the way he says they are meant to be heard... A lot clearer and vibrant sounds.

I know who Dr.Dre is I was making a joke on the fact that the name of the ROM is Marky Beats and the ROM was made by Monster

Still no mms after changing mmsc and installation of .2
Thanks for trying to help us out monster but Im in the same boat. Flashed new version and still no mms sending.

*I also called boost and did a factory reset on all the call settings. When the phone reset it went back through activation and it still wont send mms

Is there a third party app that uses the stock text app's settings because I can't send MMS though Go SMS but it works on the stock app.
