(VZW) galaxy nexus 4.0.5 unofficial

The "Engrish" translation I saw of this yesterday better:

"This isn’t initially we’ve heard reports of Android 4.0.5 Frozen goodies Sandwich either. It absolutely was leaked for that Nexus S at the begining of February as to arrive April, let alone a few days ago rumors were churning regarding that update landing next few weeks. As outlined by Black_man_X version 4.0.5 is being tested and currently runs great for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus.

His comments suggest 4.0.5 will fix tons of problems, although he was very vague on the is different. He did however confirm to us how the UI and launcher appears to all be the identical, and the update mainly fixes internal things and several reboot issues. Frozen goodies Sandwich version 4.0.5 to the Galaxy Nexus appears to fix audio reboot issues, life cycle of battery problems, data falling alseep, and may most likely have new radios. I’m longing for some enhanced 4G LTE signals but that probably wont be happening.

If all goes well Verizon and Google should start pushing version 4.0.5 to the Galaxy Nexus noisy . April. Seems like we only use a few weeks to attend."

dont get too excited...Black_man_X said it SHOULD be here in april if all goes well. and we all know that usually doesn't happen. i just hope google is ready to drop source into AOSP soon so the devs can rip into it.

Source means nothing to me at this point. Because Source wouldn't have new radio drivers and things of that nature. I agree tho i would take "should be here in april" very lightly

thats true...didn't think about that...but i am happy with my signal so....
it would still be nice to have the bug fixes though.

I heard it's coming. :D

That being said, I would not mind a leak of this 'working good' build.

Please leakers can you leak it so I can actually use my phone to make calls?

Rumors, rumors, rumors....;)

I believe this one, It has been almost 4 months with no updates and we are due for the first update. :)

I'll get excited when I find out that updates are significant. Otherwise? Meh. Of course, I'm sure root users will get to check it out first?

This update will determine if I get this phone. Went through two before just returning it all together. Wouldn't charge when on and 4g kept dropping

Well I am looking forward to this. 4.0.5 on my phone, and some version of ICS on my tablet in the same month. Sweet.

i'm staying put on B.A.M.F for now. Even if a build was leaked.

When the official update comes out. I'll flash back to stock and accept it OTA. Then wait for Roms to be updated. It's in my nature to test out complete stock :)

I feel you. This update will determine if I dump this phone for something else. I love the phone and hate the idea of losing ICS. But I hate the "not connected to mobile network" message more. And (again) I'm in a strong 4G market.
