Like I aid before, Im not a dev, It was just a thougth to try and put out there. If I could help I would but I have no clue how to set things up like you guys are doing. I do thank you guy for all the work Your doing, but I quess I will keep my useless thoughts to myself. Keep up the good work..
 
I do have some questions for people running CM7.2
1. Is anyone else getting this weird sound thing? Like my notification tone is the tone for my calls as well. Anyone know how to fix that?
2. The people who claim to have MMS working, you're using an nTelos APN correct?

No weird sound.. for ntelos yes mms is working so far.. only used it a couple times sent and received.. I put it in airplane mode at boot for a sec and disabled it for toggling off the roaming ...

I Loved It ..... It is fast and speedy (My Data Is Working (3G))

This is the only ROM that has full support for most of the complex languages (Urdu - Hebrew - Arabic ...ETC)

I already have Ntelos in the first place, so it worked out beautifully :)
I saw people were having to do this and that to get it to work, all I have to do is turn airplane mode on and off when I reboot my phone to get out of roaming and thats all. I don't really have to worry about the camera for the time being, I carry my spare Evo around to play games on wifi and toy with ICS whenever there is an update. Still, I can't wait until its fully functional.

Req0, didn't you say you were going to work on either a CM9 or ICS port for the admire after this, or am I just crazy?

Good looking out for a guide to install and everything, but this one is outdated. Look at the OP for this thread and you will see its on Alpha 5 and the ADB code isn't required anymore. Also, data has been working for a while, its MMS, camera and the roaming glitch that has been the biggest things so far.

I didn't use Alpha4, but Alpha5 .... After some testing I faced these small problems

- Home physical button does not work
- Wifi connects and disconnect

plus the other things above

Over all this work is amazing and my thanks to the developer. I'll revert back to 3.4.6 for now and will test any release that's on the way

Daaamn right... this is good times friends.. love it when there's good support for one another.. I used to run a bbs on commodore 64 years ago back when crack groups
. Freaking.. etc and then took a break... got intrigued with the wii exploit and homebrew... grew tired... then Android came and I'm back to being a junky.. rom junky :D

Anyways enjoy playing with these droids thanks guys..downloading with her admire now... for you new guys... you usually have to hit mediafire links 2x to actually get it to start download...
