Root Bricked from factory restore

Well you guys have seen these post countless times but what is the easiest way to unbrick the optimus v? i used Gingerebreak to root it but i did a factory restore not knowing it would brick it and now it just shows the LG logo and goes black and no home+up vol+power work or any of that, it does recognize and reset when i do "adb reboot bootloader" but does not go into a bootloader screen or anything.

any ideas to fix the phone?

Hey, I tried that and it was a no go :'( any other ideas?

I tried that method to the T even retrying it multiple times.

Pretty sure stock because i used gingerbreak and didnt know about recovery at the time.

Hold volume down +home +volune button until you are in recovery mode, then select factory reset with home key, then reboot.

Still no go, when i try that (and i already have before) It shows the LG logo and goes away quickly and stays on a blank screen.

Stay there and follow my guide....it is a recovery driver issue....

I got all the proper drivers it just isnt working, maybe you can teamviewer me?

Not the drivers for PC.....phones have screen drivers as well so you can see....while the phone is blank in recovery mode, start following my guide.

i once fixed a bricked OV that was factory reset after running gingerbreak but this one was bricked after a failed custom recovery flash idk if you have tried this what i did was install a older version or clockwork with boot loop fix and flash it over threw commands from ADB i was able to successfully flash a custom recovery from ADB maybe try going back to stock or custom recovery manually from ADB

I ended up just social engineering one of the virginmobile reps to ship me a replacement phone so i dont have to do all that stuff to unbrick it and this new replacement has a different android version too 2.2.3
