Thanks mods for moving my thread to another person's. Wow. I provided different sites with different details now everyone is gonna think I mocked this thread. Again wow.

Bad merge....

Also, it's past tomorrow. Two days according to the date. You figure a reputable business would include the date the article was updated....

Megahostgamer, I recommended it for merge. It was one different site, other than that the information was the same.

And please drop us a line if there's a problem. :)

Mods patrol between 1500 and 2000 forums, often our guides do the moves and merges.

And while we've not chatted that I recall, I've noticed your posts and would be surprised if anyone thought so poorly of you. ;) :)

How are are you going to intercept the script before it runs? ADB access is disabled by default, and it most likely runs during the boot animation. So please, enlighten me.

Does the locked bootloader on moto devices mean that? No. There you go, answered your own question

Well I know that the school runs a script on computers before during the first boot. If you delete the script in the update package it can't find the process to lock the bootloader. I don't know how these update packages work or how they are compiled. I was just wondering if you can poke around in it and delete the script.

Lol @ expecting people on metered data plans to take a 300mb update and not allowing wifi download. Probably not on purpose, but shitty no less.

just tried with wifi off and still getting an error about a 1/4 way throught the first update. does being rooted prevent it from working?
