Root [Boost Mobile] I'm calling boost mobile

I'm about to call boost and curse them out, THIS MMS Issue is pathetic and to top that off I can't call anyone with a sgs 3.
 
Do It!! I did this morning and my MMS started working GREAT!! But, Then, as of this minute, NOTHING!!! Cant send at all!! I'm giving up on it!!LOLOLOLOL!!!
 
boost just sucks but i bet the problem is coming from cap overloads of the allowed towers that sprint allows boost costumers to use what this means is boost got to big to quick after releasing there android phones this is my guess

Apparently ALL CDMA phones will receive better coverage,faster data speeds ( upto 5mbps ) which is 4g basically,and a prl update in the next 60 days.
Boost robots are advertising this when you call care services ( 611 ) IDK I have my doubts as always.

Ehh, I don't know if that's such a good idea...

One time I flashed a puppy to my phone. Even after removing it, it took me a week to get rid of the "ARF!" startup sound :confused:

Do you really want to put it on him? I mean you really don't know where he's been...or maybe it's he doesn't know where your eye has been...
 
I called boost today to find out about my crappy service and they told me that since the storm there has been 'outages' in and around my area extending from South Jersey (all the way at the bottom point) affecting customers all the way up to new york. I don't know if that has anything to do with the mms issue or not but I figure I'd let you in on it. Even though my service issue was happening well before the storm, they said the techs should be done servicing the towers on Nov. 11th, around 6pm should be back in the swing of things. We'll see I guess.....
 
I've tried to update my profile and PRL. Weird thing is it wouldn't change my PRL and I have a custom sprint one. 60686. I still have horrible 3G and I'm less than a mile from my tower with no tree or building interference. No MMS in or out. I have no other phone so when I call all they can tell me is to update my profile. SMH.
 
Thought I would give my two cents...I've called Boost three times in a week about not just MMS's but also regular texts and calls. my phone has been missing all of the above for who knows how long now but the only answer I get and thats three times including today is that the towers in the particular area are down and they give me some estimated time that they are going to be fixed but that time comes and goes...I gave them 3 different zip codes and towers are down in all places...hate to say it but BOOST sucks and as I sit online now I am looking to maybe switch to another carrier, I am losing money as I miss calls and texts and the $45 a month I pay that includes insurance won't compensate me for what I am losing in the long run. I will be calling back on the 23rd to get a credit posted to my account because my bill is due on the 24th..I explained I am not paying for a service that I know for a fact has been faulty since Nov 7, maybe even longer than that. It's been great guys but I think I may take advantage of one of these black friday deals and get with tmobile or something that I hear has a no contract unlimited now.
