i woldnt be too thrilled with a shift or a design,either... there is pretty minimal development with both of those. i was gonna pick up a cheap design once(since they have some gsm capabilities),but the lack of anything for it change my mind
I hope all I had was a corrupt file, I haven't seen any reports of other bad happenings like this.

for what its worth,the chances of damaging any phone,but espeically an s on one with a corrupt system or boot flash are slim to none. dont beat yourself up over it,even if the md5 is off. you should have been able to get to bootloader and fix a bad system/boot flash.

im putting my $$ at this point on wierd,random component failure(maybe emmc?) as if something had happend,casueing the processor to freak out and enter a "do not boot" mode,youd have "found device!" noices and device manager should show it as QHUSB_download. ill keep pondering,tho
have you tried anything since the charge light reapeared?

Also whatever happened to the 3vo, completely wiped out my entire sd card. Went to pop it into the new phone to get my music and all transferred over, ain't a single thing on it lol not even my old nands or tb backups

id run the .exe for the build your currently on(this one: Shipped ROMs case you need to up,you can.
youll need to relock to run it,or a full PG86IMG in hboot.
if you select fastboot,does it go? or turn off?
put phone in fastboot,open cmd,then fastboot oem lock
youll prolly get a security warning since youre on a custom rom,wich is no biggie.
run the .exe with the phone in this mode. cross fingers
since youve got a charge light now,i think id give it some time to see if it turns green
if you cant get the .exe to run,you can extract rom.zip,and rename to PG86IMG,or just download the .zip: Shipped ROMs
i do beleive they are self checking somehow,and will not run if they have somehow become corrupt. ive had a few instances where they would start,then flash off and disapear. redownloaded,and they worked
sure... you can run PG86IMG while s-on. you just have to relock,and you must use the build that youre on or newer,not one thats older.
