Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

I would kill for Google Fiber! I'm mean, not really...but...I would...but...YOU ALL KNOW WHAT I MEAN!

Sup Razor!

Sorry for the double post. :o

Night three of Cooper with no bottle was slightly different than the two previous nights. He did wake up, but what he wanted was to be held and rocked in his rocking chair. Before putting him down we read a prayer book to him, turn off the lights and rock him into a comfortable mood (at least that's the idea). Guess he needed a little more of that last night. He's been such a trooper through all of this. When I think about how it affects me I try to imagine what he is going through. That provides calm for me. Again, thanks for letting me share.

Hey jmar :) Really interesting to hear about your adventures with your child, I look forward to doing the same myself someday. Thanks for sharing!

I'd kill to kill Comcast. Is that the same?
And yes I'm serious. ;):p
I know that feel bro. I was so glad when we moved to a new apartment that was serviced by a provider other than Comcast. We're now with RCN, getting a way better deal and infinitely better service.

My gf is out of town all this weekend for a bridal shower, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with myself!

Let's be honest, I know exactly what I'm going to do.. Star Trek marathon! :D

Time Warner is our only choice here, its expensive and not impressive. I just finished my yearly call to their retention department. This is where I complain about the price and that I might leave unless they give me another promotion. Then I have to turn down their offer and then they come up with a better one and that's the one I take. The promotional deal is good for one year so then I go through it again in twelve months. My last promotion ended last month and our bill went to 190. Their first offer was for 160, the second offer brought it to 140. We only have digital cable (no prime channels) and internet. Ugh!

Ouch! That's a hefty price. :(

I have no cable/satellite. I pay about $45 for cable internet and that's all I need. Well, I do split Amazon Instant Video with a guy in California and another guy in Indiana.

In other news...

If for some reason you wanted that new HTC First phone, if you turn off Facebook Home the phone will run stock Android.

Came home from DC on Monday. Back in the ER on Tuesday with severe dehydration. They filled me back up and dismissed me. The good news was the the x-rays showed the pneumonia to be gone. The bad news was that I spent two miserable days unable to uh.... retain water? Shall we say? I was in awful pain.. abdominal spasming, etc. The doctor finally gave me some anti-spasmodic yesterday and it's been uphill. I even took myself out for a haircut, this morning and a drive to my son's work in the afternoon (Friday). Boy was he surprised. It tired me out. I hope to have more energy tomorrow.

Thanks for listening. Glad to be back in the land of the living.

Steven,

I have been praying for you brother. Let's chat on GTalk soon, shall we, when you are truly on the mend? I have some things I want to share. Good night good friend.

Welcome back Steven!

There appear to be some new faces here in the watering hole, some with stubble and some without. Welcome!

How's the "Save the Ta-Tas" going BabyBlues? I've noticed the links in our signatures have disappeared. What's up with that?

We were talking the other day of waking up and not knowing where you are? Try being 11.5 time zones away. I'm in India and the clocks here are 30 minutes off the rest of the world. Thank goodness it's easy to change timezones with my GNex and then my Pebble watch just syncs with it (sorry Dread.)

Man Steven, your body just isn't being good to you! Hopefully it's finally done though!

Morning all, at work this morning. :p hope everyone is having a good weekend!

I'm around 80% of my goal!!!! Thanks to Android Forums friends I completed the 60 day challenge in less than 30 days. (Raise $500 for an exclusive T-shirt or $1000 for the T-shirt and drawstring bag .....I now have the shirt and bag .....@and my bag problem in life is only slightly less than my shoe problem :D )
I'm working on the broken link - the site that hosts it seems to be having issues. Thanks for making sure I knew!
11.5 time zones???!!!! I go from the east coast to west and have problems.
