I haven't seen this posted here yet for some reason. It just got a major update today and I went to find its thread but no dice (If I missed it, ill just merge this with the other one and edit content with the new update). So here we go.

I didn't post it up when I saw it earlier because it was really early, just barely past booting.
 
This is likely the ROM I will run when I finally go custom ROM (already unlocked/rooted) but for now there's too many bugs. I'm excited that it will be sooner then later though once it's all sorted.
 
Gave this a flash tonight and I'm very impressed. Everything is fast and smooth, GPS locked just as fast as the Sense ROM, and overall I'm very happy.

As soon as this gets MMS going it'll probably be my daily. (At least until we get some JB goodies or something else awesome up a devs sleeve)
 
Does this have the dreaded 3 dot gray bar and what does it do about button mapping?

Edit, never mind, found it in the XDA thread.

MMS apparently working for Go SMS.

And too many serious defects at this early stage to use daily for me.

But hopefully soon.
 
Curious Early, what serious issues were you having? I saw some people on XDA with issues for in-call volume but I just restored my nandroid and all of that seems to be working.

I'm still considering making this my daily but want to know what I'm getting myself into
 
I had audio issues - my brother and I traded 6 calls with only one being able to hear the other so I just backed off for the time being. I had a few other glitches, but after that, I decided to wait.

Was it the rom or coincidence? Can't really say, so I don't want to slag it as bad or anything - I'm just going to wait, I have no doubt they'll get it sorted soon enough.

Getting source from HTC for our phone wouldn't hurt either, right?

That's true. I'm really excited for JB mainly for the ability to disable airpush and to see what the new notification bar enhancements will bring in the form of end-user interaction. That being said, for the first time in as long as I can remember I'm truly satisfied with the stock ICS ROM this Evo LTE came with. I've never been able to say that but they've done enough improvements to the stock ROM that I'm quite content at this time. This means that I'm not willing to try ANY JB ROM until they get EVERY single piece of it working. I'm not willing to take two steps back for one lateral step sideways. In the past there were enough things I didn't like about the stock ROM that a couple steps backwards for about three or four steps forwards was a decent trade-off but we're living in different times now and that means we ALL win! :D

curious what kernel have you tried?

also i would really recommend any of the lotk roms made by jamieg71......pacman and carbon are great roms. they are cm10 based however.
