Help Galaxy S2 download all apps to USB Storage by default?

Hi

Got a Galaxy S2. When I download an App I get a msg "insufficient storge available". Since my System Storage is 1.73Gb of 1.97Gb I assume that an App is automatically downloaded to the System Storage. The USB Storage is also a type of internal storage as opposed to storage on the SD card, right? Since my USB Storage is 5.4Gb out of 11.5Gb is there any way to make the USB Storage the default download storage?

Thanks

no there really is no way now to move the apps over to another storage device. I have heard samsung does still have the option for the SDCARD but never heard of any of them using usb to store apps.

And downloaded apps shouldnt be going into system storage.
What android version is your s2 on?
If its up to date then i think the apps should be going to sdcard/data ("sdcard" being a part of the internal flash storage)
Doesnt USB refer to storage thats plugged into the micro usb port?

Not on the GT-i9100, Funky. In Settings/Storage it referred to "Internal storage" and "USB Storage", with the external named "SD card".

@OP: Try this solution posted in the S2 International sub-forum a while back.

A simple way to free up storage space is by deleting all the log files in the device memory. Just dial *#9900# on your phone and select option 2 “Delete dumpstate/logcat” in the prompted menu.

so my threads get moved but not this one? he stated the phone so it's clearly phone specific. just like my general file question and it got moved to a phone specific thread where no one will see it
