Which is weird because that's the resolution for the N1 and desire which is the pretty much the same exact thingAny idea what the resolution to use is? Seems 960x800 isn't right.

I believe the resolution of 960x800 is still correct.
When you pick a photo from your phone, the green crop box will show over 80% of your photo. Put your finger on the edge of the green square and arrows should appear. Pull the arrows to the edge of the photo. This should allow you to use the WHOLE picture, provided it is the correct aspect ratio of 1.2:1 (960:800).

Thanks dibs... I was in dumbass mode and couldn't figure out how to move the crop lines - all good now!

So has anyone figured out how to set a lock screen image different from the home screen wallpaper?

Does anyone know if we currently or in the future can add our own live wallpaper?
Very nice. If I could get something like this made to the appropriate size for the phone, it'd be a mainstay as my background. This will make an excellent lock screen, though.
This is probably not the best way to do a different lock screen wallpaper for everybody, but the app Lockbot lets you customize the style and photo you use for the lock screen.
All I did was resize + sharpen the image a bit, if you want something different or more tweaking (not sure if the entire 'HTC' will fit on a screen or look the way you want) just let me know and I will see what I can do.
Is that an app from the market? Why do you say not the best way? Is there a problem/difficulty in using it?
Thanks
Has anyone seen a red matrix looking live wallpaper similar to the one in the Verizon commercial for the Incredible? I'd LOVE something like that.
How's this?
Yep, just like that. Is that a normal wallpaper, or a live one?

Normal........I haven't had time to even attempt the involved instructions for making a live one. Looks complicated.![]()
