I have no recovery. The power button by itself don't work. It won't power off the phone. Holding the volume down and the power button does nothing. Then the power button and volume up only reboots the phone till it gets to the white HTC screen
You hold Power+Volume up until the phone starts to reboot, and then immediately release those buttons and hold volume down. That should get you into the bootloader. From there you should be able to access recovery.I did that also. I need a way or program that I can put on my computer to install the operating system and drivers on the phone
What does it do? As soon as the screen goes dark from holding Power+Volume up, you're releasing those buttons and immediately holding volume down? The bootloader should come up as you're holding the button. It won't go to the boot loader
You let go all but volume down. That's the only one you hold. You sure you're holding volume DOWN when it reboots, and releasing the other buttons? I've gotten this confused before, that's why I ask.It goes black and then turns back on the white boot screen. It does that if I hold them or let them go
Power and vol up for 10 seconds. When the screen turns off, switch to vol down while still holding power
Choose recovery and see what happens. That worked switching to the volume up then down I'm on the boot loader now what do it do
Sounds like you need to find a ROM to sideload. I'm on Sprint so unfortunately I can't be of any help on that. Hopefully someone else can chime in and help with that. I'm glad you at least were able to get to recovery.I did it goes to team win recovery project v2.7.0.0 and it has install , wipe, backup, restore, mount, settings , advanced, reboot
Oh, in that case, I can helpYes it's Sprint
