Is anyone having a problem typing with Red snap on above or the Gradient cases? I have the body glove case and can't type letters near the edge of the screen because the case protrudes to far from the face of the phone. I am going to take it back and get one of the above if they don't pose the same problem.
 
3500mm is pretty huge, that's almost 3 times the battery life of the OEM.

Stock Inc is 12.2mm, so adding 4mm for battery plus 1mm for backdoor, is adding 5mm (.197inch), for a total of 17.2 mm (0.677inch) so an increase in 40% of thickness for an increase of 170% in battery life.

Add in a case, and the thing is pretty thick, but think of all that juice!
 
Seido isn't the one releasing the 2150 Verizon is... The 3500mah battery was extremely big ,the 2150 VZW is releasing is going to be just about the perfect size. Or if that's still too big the 1750 or 1500TP2 batteries will give you a little extra juice with no diffrence in size

Just an FYI on the black high gloss silicone case: i went to three stores yesterday in Southern NJ (VZW corporate store; Best Buy and BJ's Wholesale) and they only had the red silicone case, not the black. So I came back and ordered online with free overnight shipping. Called CSR today b/c I didn't get a tracking number or shipment notification, and was told that the black high gloss silicone case is out of stock, and they won't even process my order for a couple of days. Would have been nice if the website had shown that it was out of stock. I'll probably pick up the body glove one today, since it appears that you can take the clip off.

Yeah when I called CSR to order 2 black silicone cases they got all the way through my process but told me they couldn't order it because they were all sold out. Spent the afternoon calling Verizon's (4-5 different stores plus 2 Best Buys) and most of them were sold out or had 1 left. Managed to snag some at the end of the night though.
 
So I picked up the black silicone case the day I got my phone and have been holding out for an SGP Anti-Fingerprint screen protector. I picked up the Verizon ones to hold me over, but returned them when I read that they only cover the viewable screen.

I was going to just wait for the SGP, but then I started seeing the "Scratch and break" stories here on the forum. SO I was in Best Buy yesterday and saw the ZAGG and decided to pick it up and give it a whirl.

I am still probably going to get the SGP when it finally comes out (hurry up), but the ZAGG seems ok so far. I know what people are referring to with the "Orange Peel" thing.

Here's the only problem I have with my setup. The black silicone case seems to be pushing against teh corners of the ZAGG shield which is resulting in a tiny bubble in each corner.

Oh well.
 
The Day I got the incredible (Day of Release) I wanted to grab the extended. I was at VZW and they are all real close to me and I asked and he showed me the CPU. It was in the system and he said I have to order it for you, im like dang okay so order it... He went to order it and it said "out of stock"... so it is coming and he said very soon... so deff confirm in my book...

I can type just fine with the Red Gradient case.

44,000mah and it only adds 175mm to your device. You get ~20 days, give or take, between charges with moderate to heavy data use, or 3 months standby time.

BTW, FWIW I took my phone off charger last night at 1:00 a.m. at 100% charged. Turned off everything while I slept and have been active with the phone with Wifi and refreshing on sending text messages and fielding calls since 8:00 this a.m. I have 79% left after 11h and 21m. Seems micro-managing these phones, apps, etc is the key to surviving with OEM battery.
 
I switched from the Verizon Snap-On case to the Verizon silicone case. Happier with the silicone. Phone feels safer and I know the case won't break off if I drop it. It fits very snug. Also the lock/power button is easier to push since its not deeply recessed like the snap-on one. The only downside is that the red snap-on case did look cooler IMO. But it didn't give me much confidence for protection.

I actually found one at an Express Mobile after calling around some more. Just picked it up. It's nice, although it's a little loose on the one side where the volume keys are. It doesn't "snap" on. I may just let my online order go through, and see if that one has the same issue.

I'm having same issue with the Black Silicone case and the Zagg shield. It's pushing the sides up a little. Bummer.

I can say that with my Body Glove not only does it not pop off at the corners, it's a job getting the thing to come off when you want it off. I like the case a lot but will also be getting a thinner case for traveling, but the Body Glove is a nice case if you don't mind a bit of bulk.

AS am I. It looks pretty bad too when I took off the case yesterday to put in a new memory card. I got a replacement shield on the way but debating whether to get a new case now.
