SD card still has 1.3GB open/unused. The actual recovery image is on my SD card. Does that mean it worked anyway and I am good for the next step?

Congrats on getting rooted.

As for helping Fenga, I have been working with him as much as I can. I did reply to his question, just moved the reply to the Guide thread as that is where he was starting to have problems. This helps keep track of things instead of having multiple threads with the same issue :)

Compared to Eris fourm, this
group is obviously smaller

then again I am in sprint root section
and not the direct sprint hero direct section

but yeah you guys seem nice

and nobody bit my head off like some forums(cough*ERIS*Cough). for asking "noob/dumb" questions

I am now running damageless rom :)
 
ok..call me Mario :D

easiest yet...download the zip file..put it as is (zipped) in the root of the sd card....turn off the phone and boot into the recovery screen (hold home and power button) and choose flash rom....pick the file you just put in and presto...10 minutes later awesome blue theme
 
You can also use the DCUpdate app that comes with DamagControl2.08 to change around themes. It changes themes all through the app, it'll reboot your phone into recovery and apply the theme for you automatically. One of the best features of DC2.08. You can also check to see if there's an updated rom available and download it, again through the app. :)

that's it.....there's no more...

once you root.......you stay rooted and you flash as many ROM's as you can ...well to find the one you like the most....

I myself be stuck between Fresh and DC ROM's ....everything else is basically pura mierda......ya know?

stay away from the Alyosis ROM ...that thing will **** up your phone faster than a STD can get to you at an orgy session.....I'm just saying tho.....

I'm like EPT (99.9%) sure that LWP's won't be included in the official release. However, our custom ROMs do seem to have a few of them included. Mine no longer work but bezier worked for a few days for me until it just decided to stop, lol.
