This post does not say they built it with 5.0.2 kernel source.Someone already tried building a new recovery from source to see if it would fix the glitch and it didn't http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59299651&postcount=694
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/xposed-true-silent-mode-lollipop-t3042924I found a very good option for silent mode. It is in GravityBox, but I think you need the paid version. Under "Ultimate notification control" you will find "Quiet hours". I enabled it and unchecked all the weekdays. Then I added Quiet hours to the "Statusbar QuickSetings tiles" under "Statusbar tweaks >> QuickSettings management". Now I just pull down the navbar and touch Quiet hours to get a perfect silent mode. Hope it helps![]()
I actually had a problem last night with the method I posted. For some reason GravityBox stopped working altogether and my phone rang in the middle of the night. Thanks for posting this

I don't see why they wouldn't use the 5.0.2 source to try to fix the glitch that was the whole point he built itThis post does not say they built it with 5.0.2 kernel source.
Hey guys, just downloaded the official OTA, but im away from home so can't do anything with it right now. How's the official ROM working so far for you guys?
Do you have a link where to find the new glitch-free recovery? Have you tried backup/restore?As relates to the flickering apparently its as SuperR said is kernel related. Apparently the kernel source was updated in the CM branch and the recovery/screen flicker is gone.
Its nor the recovery its the kernelDo you have a link where to find the new glitch-free recovery? Have you tried backup/restore?

Sorry, I misunderstood. Thought you said someone made a new recovery with the 5.0.2 kernel and it fixed the glitchesIts nor the recovery its the kernel![]()

Have u tested ? Would love to try if cdma is supported. [emoji5]Throwing this out there, I'm ripping off Alberto's AOSP build for 5.1 the second there's a fix for CDMA. All credit goes to him already, but AOSP....aosp.
XDA first post says no cdma support, so wanted to knowI have not.
Hopefully the CM12 fixes can be applied. [emoji4]XDA first post says no cdma support, so wanted to know
This would be the first pure AOSP Moto G rom? I know there's a lot of AOSP based 4.4.X roms but there's always features added and they end up code bloated and buggy. This will be a project I'll be watching closely. Thanks @Seraph08.Throwing this out there, I'm ripping off Alberto's AOSP build for 5.1 the second there's a fix for CDMA.
