Not at all new, Sony had it built-in, previous copycats were unreliable.

If this turns out better, I'll go for it, but need to see it proven successful in production.

Search for them on Amazon, the customer reviews are bad. Poor fit, and unreliable function. No chargey.

Great when they worked out but from the negative reviews, and those were the majority - made too cheaply I'd guess .

I have a magsafe power connection on my laptop - love it.
