HTC One in Japan is named HTC J One. KDDI Carrier. It's the HTC One with the Micro SD slot. I can't seem to find a tutorial on how to unlock it. HTC J One just arrived at KDDI just some days ago, I think that's why. But after some time, will it be possible to unlock it? Thanks.

The S3 LTE ( i9305 -- quad 2gb ram ) is priced here at 430$, while the S4 octa is 760$. Is S4 a great upgrade from S3? Or should I save up and get the S3 instead which is pretty powerful enough.

And then just put 64gb micro sd card? I'm not really good with this sd cards... never tried it even once. So if I put the SD Card... 80 gb I can use? Example I can install apps for upto 80gb?

So, 16gb is only available for now(in here btw). Do you think it's fine to get that or wait for the 32/64gb models? I want the 32gb though. Or just get the 16 and get a memory card? Does memory card has downsides?

What will you get and why? 16gb for me. 8gb x2 for just 50$ And also... if you buy 8gb version... you will only be able to use 6gb.
