I really need to perform a factory reset but there are some apps (specifically games) that I've made in-app purchases which I want to be able to restore.

I've had the GS3 for about a week now and my WiFi keeps dropping! And then when I try to reconnect, it fails to authenticate so I have to restart my router. I've read around and someone suggested typing in *#0011# and turning off WiFi power saving mode. I've done this but I'm still having problems.

When I was on Froyo, 3G connectivity was fine. Now, it seems throughout the day, my phone will just stop connecting to 3G for no reason whatsoever. Only way of reconnecting is to turn the phone off and on again. I'm on O2, anyone else having problems?
