I am completely blown away by CM7. SUPER quick, improved battery life, etc. Is there any other rom that even compares? My only stipulation is that it NOT be sense-based

Pretty sure I read somewhere that Miui directly allows you to make changes to the status bar. I did not have much luck on MIUI, so I reverted back to Revolution. Do roms allow you to directly edit the status bar, or do I have to flash themes?

I was trying out new home replacement apps yesterday and came across Open Home 6. It borrows many ideas from others but runs pretty solid for me. While you are at a home screen, hit menu and then 'other'. There you will see the option to take a screenshot. That's it!

Sometimes when I am typing on the stock keyboard, I will notice that some spots/keys are unresponsive. I resolve it by turning the screen off and then on again. It's a different spot every time it happens, which is weird. I use sms popup, and it seems that it happens when I am quick-replying...

Throughout the day my phone will be automatically syncing (curved arrow symbol) with a certain service. It takes a while and slows down my phone considerably during this. Is there a way to tell what service is currently syncing at a certain time?

I haven't been able to update my angry birds to the new version. The market doesn't even show that an update is available, but the appbrain app does. When i try to install, 'the requested item could not be found'. Anyone have any ideas?
