    Navigation program for Europe

    In the US, I have a navigation program where you can download the maps by state. That makes you independent of the WiFi during the trip. I am looking for such a program for Europe where I can download maps for at least Germany and France. Any suggestions.

    Filetype association or 'Open with'

    Is it possible to associate a certain filetype to a specific program. E.g. associate .gif with a browser or .png with a specific picture viewer. Alternatively I could not find how to 'Open with" a file. When you long press the file, you do not get this option and I have found no other way either.

    What are your must have programs. My top 3 are: + GrooveIP - for free phone calls within the US and from Europe to the US + Maps - as navigation system and for planning trips + Watch TV - to watch the old TV shows and the Cartoons Would be interesting to see which three ones you rate tops.
