Could someone please point me in the right directions on how to do a nandroid or back up my apps on my MT so I don't have to reinstall them everytime I want to switch roms?!?!?

I had to take my triumph apart to replace the digitizer and LCD screen. I have gotten it successfully put back together (mstly) but when I try to turn on the phone, the screen is black and I cannot see anything. I dunno what to do. :/
