Whenever I connect my phone to my PC without USB debugging enabled Windows recognizes the phone. However as soon as I enable USB debugging the phone becomes an unrecognizable device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, and also went back to the sock launcher on the phone. Any ideas?

I have a transform ultra as well as a conquer, there's a root method for the tu that includes flashing just cwm via odin, then using cwm to flash root. Would this also be possible with a conquer?
