Root [1-21-13][ROM] CM10.1 for the evoLTE!!

I dirty flashed between updates all the time. But if you're having any sort of issue you can't get rid of always try a clean install. I love CM10, the only issue I've ever had was GPS not being able to get a proper fix on my location. I've been off of it for a week or so, maybe it's time to go back and see the neat new changes.

I've come and gone through multiple ROMs on the LTE and I have yet to find one that encompasses what I need. CM10 just isn't developed enough for me and honestly lacks some of the Sense items I find a necessity now that I own a One X, too. It's a mess having to flash back n forth to handle minor things. I think on the LTE I've settled with SuperLTE until Myn's new Warm drops.it's the only ROM where everything I e encountered works flawlessly minus some usual flashing setbacks such as app hang ups and rouge battery drains. AOSP used to be all about the battery for me.. SBC Kernels, AOSP etc etc on the OG .. but this phone is pretty stout on battery life and the One X smokes it on battery and Network speed in my area

you know i need to try that rom at some point. but for right now i am loving me some pacman v2.1 right now. really stable and everything works. combo that with the komodo kernel and i'm good to go. you should give it a go.

just wondering, has anyone had trouble with soundhound working? google's sound search widget doesn't work either. google now seems fine though so I suppose its not the mic.

anyone else having trouble getting dspmanager to work lately? nothing seems to apply to Pandora, VLC, Vita player etc.

Just thought i would mention that there is a new build in the IRC channel. It's still 4.1 but the new build date is 1/5/13

The irc has a 1/14 build up now. The over sensitive noise cancelation mic seems to be a little better.

Running very well for me. Everything that happens to this rom bodes well for all of the others aosp's i figure.

Naters

ahhhhh man i feel itchy again.....its been a while. i thought that pacman would cure my itch.....i guess not.

thanx rx for the heads up.....i know what i will be flashing tomorrow:D

RX, Have you flashed it yet?
If so how is it?

I tried 4.2.1 on the Gnex and I'm not a huge fan. I actually prefer 4.1.2 on CM10.

The lockscreen widget is a nuisance the way you need to double swipe to unlock if you have the weather showing.
Unless there is a way around that.

I may give it a shot in a couple of weeks.

Haven't tried it on the ELTEVO yet but from my nexus 7 experience, 4.2.X isnt anything to get worked up about.

Waiting for a few more bugs to get squashed before I give it a go. Real life is picking up pace, so above all I need a reliable phone right now. :)
