Help 4G LTE is down, again

I just saw a 4g lte commercial on tv and it made me laugh
Im in California (92821) and have been without any data (no 3g or 4g) since ~10:00 am
I dont have access to wifi while at work so its a pain is the ass
Are there any updates from vzw?

I didn't know about the data outage. Went to switch my commando to my charge and now neither phone works. Spent an hour on the phone with tech support only to be told to try again tomorrow.

It means you got no 3G....... Mines been going on and off the whole day. I did notice that when I tried making a call, the bars went from 3G to being gray.... I know this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks, but I've heard this is the 3rd time this month 4G went out. I wasn't too happy to lose my 3G as well.

Just dropped from 4g to 3g out of nowhere ( was on 4g solid all night last night ), but turning data off and back on brought 4g back right away. Has anyone seen that before?

Just dropped again going into wawa and had to do the same thing (data off and on) to get it to go back to 4g when I came out...
