720p Video experiments... let's see yours

Thought I would start a thread for folks that want to share their 720p video clips...let's see what kind of quality we can get out of these things. My first try is linked, unfortunately I didn't think about rotating for correct orientation, sorry. Quality is a lot better on my PC than youtube, though.

720p is selectable on the youtube page. Should the direct link be able to do it? Never did this before.

No you're right, you just have to click the video to get to the youtube page. Next time hold it sideways

Weather turned to crap...waiting on it to clear.
I was hoping that some others that took the leaked update plunge would upload some video.

That one is 1:17 and 77MB.

It looks ok. If you download "Incredilight" off the market the flash stays on while you record!

Just tested this out with the girlfriend and was quite happy. Better quality than the old videos and frame rate was great.

Dunno, 8 meg that I took out of my Storm. Doesn't say on card itself, just checked.

If i view both of these videos in 720p and then 480p they are exactly the same quality.

You tube isn't great for that, as 720p is really just a higher res, so you need to go full screen to see it better.

But when you showed it on a TV or computer you will notice a lot, as the res is higher you can play it in a higher resolution for output.

It just takes a while to register/convert as 720p. Stumped me at first too. Obviously, you figured it out, but I wanted to let others know in case they run in to the same thing.

Your video looks great BTW.
