There is nothing wrong with being on the fence, evaluating options and seeing how Nexus does initially once it's released here, just like any other phone. But bashing it or knocking it down for lower than expected spec is blown out of proportion. Honestly did anyone expect it to like 2Ghz quad core, 2Gb RAM, 100Mbps advanced LTE? It will take nearly full year for such phone with mature hardware/software to be on verizon, IMO.

For those looking for the absolute best benchmarks and specs...look somewhere else. As someone who got a Droid X1 July last year and the GS1 came out a few months later, and was very happy with my DX1....benchmarks and specs dont make up the entire picture, only part of it.
