Anyone thinking what im thinking?

waiting for something better. The dx is too good with gb to upgrade from, for me.
 
My plans are to wait for the SGS2 on Verizon. I could be waiting a long time, but as of now I am still very happy with my DX.

either way, i am pretty happy with my DX and GB. however my lust for the the latest and greatest may get the best of me. my wife likes my phone and she is ready for an upgrade....so we will see how it all pans out.
 
Honestly, dual core 3G isn't that much of an upgrade for what I do with it. Dial core 4G would be worth waiting for because, even if you don't have it now, you should have 4G service within the next 2 years. The Bionic would be worth waiting for.
 
If I had plenty of money and was still on my blackberry, sure I'd go for the DX2 over the DX. But since I've already got the DX, and it's so completely awesome... I'm waiting.
 
I'd wait. The X2 just doesn't seem like it's going to be THAT revolutionary. I'm interested to see if Verizon comes out with any phones similar the Motorola Atrix when I'm due for an upgrade Sep 2012. Hopefully by then there'll be something with more power and can function as a light-use desktop. I think it's a good concept currently, but realistically isn't as strong as it needs to be.

That would be near the top of my list also. Except the SGS2 is already out in the UK and it's looking like a phone of the year winner so far. For now, my X is still worthy for sure though.

Ditto. Small hardware upgrade and loss of dedicated camera button. I'm planning on going all the way through my 2-year contract with my DX, nothing out there that really makes me go "wow" when compared to the DX.
 
I can upgrade mine now. I had thought about going to the thunderbolt for the front facing camera and the 4g but 4g isn't in my area yet for vzw says by the end of the year 4g would be in my area what's your opinions on the thunderbolt. Steven and metafanant's opinions greatly appreciated. Oh and don't make me report you again Steven lol :)
